This work brings together a set of heterogeneous figures that appear to form an impossible genealogy. Faces of toys from The Powerpuff Girls merge with bodies that recall religious sculptures, while in the background two caryatids rise from the shadows.
The composition suggests a fictitious continuity between popular idols and devotional figures, questioning symbolic hierarchies and the notion of cultural inheritance in a world saturated with images.
