“Ozymandias” presents a sculptural mass in deep blue tones, composed of intertwined bodies that seem to both emerge and sink at the same time, creating a sense of frozen movement. The figure recalls classical ruins as well as contemporary accumulations of images and forms, evoking the fragility of the monumental. The flat yellow background contrasts with the density of the central figure, highlighting its illusory and ephemeral character. The title alludes to the famous poem Ozymandias, reinforcing the reflection on decay, transience, and the ultimate impermanence of human grandeur.
